We take children from
2 years 6 months up to 5 years.
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
We are also open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 12:00pm - 3:00pm, we offer flexible hours within these times if available.
Fees are currently £12.00 per three hour session.
We regret that refunds cannot be given for absence. Fees should be paid each half-term, an invoice will be issued. You can pay by cash or cheque, made payable to
"Westfield Pre-School"
We have a high ratio of qualified and experienced staff, allowing us time to listen to each child as an individual.
Approximate ratio: 1 adult to 5 children .
To provide a safe, caring and happy environment where your child can learn through play and develop as an individual gaining in confidence and eventually transfer into School due to our close working relationship.
We are situated in a self-contained classroom within Westfield C.P. School.
We have an excellent and secure outside play area, use of main school's playground, activity trail and playing fields.
We have use of the School hall on a daily basis, to make the most of your child's physical skills, and promote a good working relationship with the School.
We hold fund raising events throughout the year, which provides money for new equipment, outings etc. With your help and support, we raise funds that help to keep the fees at a low rate, whilst still providing necessary equipment for your child.
We would advise that you send your child to
Pre-school in suitable clothing for painting, gluing, outdoor play etc, we can get very messy! We do have t-shirts, sweatshirts & fleeces for sale should you wish to purchase them. Please make sure all clothing has your child's name in.

Policies
We have policies to ensure that the statutory frameworks are in place for the Early Years Foundation Stage, for the care and safety of you and your child. These are displayed at Pre-school behind the desk area. If you require a copy please do not hesitate to ask.
